Do you accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on your sneaker purchases?
We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any of the products available for purchase on our website. Our entire stock of sneakers is guaranteed 100% authentic. Each pair of sneakers has either been verified by a reputable third party or has been purchased directly from a major retailer. Please be aware of this when placing your order. Our return/refund policy applies to all products listed for sale on our website.
Do you ship internationally or to military addresses?
Currently, we cannot process any international orders that have a billing or shipping address located outside of the United States. If you place an order and your billing address or shipping address is located outside of the United States, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not incur any charges. If you would like to ship to a US Military address (APO or FPO), please process your order like you normally would. Shipping is always FREE to U.S. Military addresses.
Can I request a local pick up of my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to the shipping agreement that we have with our shipping providers, we cannot offer local pick up of your purchase. However, check our website frequently and/or follow us on our social media pages to find out when and where we will be set up to make local "in person" sales. However, we do attend multiple sneaker events throughout the year where you can visit us and make your purchases in person.
Do you offer consignment services?
Yes! Please visit our Consignment Page for sneakers currently offered for sale. If you would like more information on how to consign with us, please submit the contact form listed on the Consignment Page.
If an item is marked "Out of Stock" or "Sold Out", when will it be available again for purchase?
Due to the ever evolving nature of the sneaker industry, we can never guarantee when a specific sneaker or size will be available once sold out or out of stock. However, our stock is updated regularly. So, please continue to visit our website and/or social media pages for any restocks or notifications of restocks.
Do you sell used sneakers, sneakers with damaged boxes, or sneakers without a box?
All of our sneakers are NEW, NEVER WORN and will be shipped in their original box. However, our Consignment Page may occasionally have sneakers offered for sale that are USED, offered for sale with a damaged box or without the original box. You will always see these variations listed with the product description if they exist.
Which method(s) of payments can I use on your website?
We accept most major Credit Cards, Debit Cards with a credit card logo, Klarna, & PayPal. We will also accept CASH, Zelle, Cash App, Bit Pay, & Apple Pay at "in person" sales events.
Does OneLoveKicks buy sneakers outright?
If you are interested in selling directly to OneLoveKicks, please contact us to discuss the options that we have available. We also now offer a consignment option! Please see our Consignment Page to submit your contact information to OneLoveKicks.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Every purchase will be charged sales tax. Shipping cost (if applicable) is added into your purchase total before taxes are calculated. You will see a total purchase charge of purchase/shipping/tax during your checkout process.
What shipping service(s) do you use?
We only offer shipping through USPS & UPS at this time. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to see what other specialized shipping services we can offer you.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
The estimated time from the date of sale to the time you receive your purchase is 5-7 business days based upon what part of the country (United States) you are located. If for some reason your delivery will be delayed past the 7 business days, we will notify you to keep you updated. All purchases will come with a tracking number that you will be provided once your purchase ships and you are notified of shipping.
What should I do if my purchase is never delivered and/or the tracking number is not updated?
Please wait until the 8th business day after your completed purchase and contact us immediately. We will research the reason for your purchase not being delivered and if necessary, a claim will be placed with our delivery provider. All purchases will be shipped with insurance that is at no additional cost to you.

We may have the size, colorway, and/or brand you are looking for that has not yet been listed on our website.
